Hear the lessons from designing outcomes-based financing programmes for early childhood care and education
On March 5, the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF), in partnership with the South African Presidency and the South Africa Outcomes Based Finance Learning Group, convened policymakers, funders, and practitioners for an online discussion ahead of the Outcomes Finance Alliance Summit on how outcomes-based financing is reshaping early childhood care and education across Africa.
The conversation explored lessons from the design of outcomes funds in South Africa, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone, highlighting emerging approaches, challenges, and opportunities in structuring outcomes-based financing programmes for early childhood care and education.
